PRODUCTION PROCESS

Step One (Coil Cutting)

Straighten aluminum sheet and cut them into gear-shape pieces.

Step Two (Printing and Coating)

Aluminum sheet pieces are transferred to printing and coating lines for printing, coating and waxing.

Step three (Basic End)

Coated sheets are transferred to a Basic Press. Basic ends are stamped from aluminum sheets. After stamping, ends are transported to a curler which forms a “curl” on the perimeter of the end, curled ends are then delivered to a compound liner, an End seal compound is applied in the curl of the End.

Step four (Easy Open End)

Basic Ends are sent to a Conversion Press, a tab is stamped on each Ends, an Easy Open End is formed.

Step Five (Packaging)

Pack Ends on a deck; wrap every deck with plastic sheets and cardboards. Finally, label all the decks before deliver to the customers.
