Service Boundary： Eastern District & Wan Chai District

• 1. To help students develop their potentials to the fullest, achieve healthy personal growth, attain adequate and proper school education, establish harmonious human relationships and elicit their concern for the community;
   

• 2. To help students with their personal, family and interpersonal relationship or schooling problems;
   

• 3. To enhance students’ mental health and stress resilience;
   

• 4. To strengthen the linkage among students, families, the school and the community.

• Children and youth aged from 6 to 24 in the local community

• Through the outreaching service, establish contact with the children and youth in need.

• Individual and group counselling: through interviews, home visits and counselling, guidance to help the development of children and youth.

​

• Special programmes and projects: skills training, life planning and life experience.

​

• Crisis intervention.

• There are activity room and interview room for children and youth to book and enjoy; the other facilities are equipped with musical instruments, audio system, newspapers, magazine, TV games, and chess games.

• Guidance and counselling are free of charge. Programmes will be charged depending on the nature of activities.

• Apply through social workers, or referred by organisations, schools, parents or individuals.
