Manifesting Purpose by Three Teachings was revealed by Wong Tai Sin and the saints of Three Teachings by spirit-writing on Sik Sik Yuen in 1960. The theme of this book is to expound the methods of cultivation and affirm the principle of the common source of Three Teachings.

This book is the early annotated work of hundred Wong Tai Sin fortune sticks in 1934. It lists the numbers, grades, allusions, lottery poetries, commentaries, and symbolic meanings of each lot.

In the early days, Wong Tai Sin prescriptions were printed by woodblock. All prescriptions were free for the believers to ask for after the request of medicinal lottery.
