“14-days Guaranteed Returns Policy”

In order to provide you with pleasure shopping experience, we offer “14-days Guaranteed Returns Policy” (must be fulfilled the terms of “Returns Conditions”). Most of the items purchased on our site can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days (based on the delivery record). Please contact us before return the products and we will handle the case accordingly.

 

Returns Conditions

Due to the hygiene reason and the protection of interests of other customers, your returned goods should be fulfilled the below requirements. Otherwise, we do not accept any of your applications of returns, exchange or refund:

  • Any product should be returned within 14 days after receipt.
  • Any product should be sealed or unused.
  • Any product should be retained in good conditions, delivery and its original packaging and accessories.
  • Do not accept any discount, clearance or sales products.
  • Do not accept any free gifts or samples.
  • Any product should be purchased on www.cosbeauticloft.com.
  • If there is any dispute, COSBEAUTIC reserves the rights of final decision.

 

Return Policy

COSBEAUTIC always maintains a professional service. We try our best to ensure the best condition of products and the right orders are delivered before they leave the warehouse. However, the delivery process may lead to defective, spoiled or damaged of the products. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please follow the “Returns Procedure” to return the item.

 

If the seal is broken or packaged is damaged, please refuse to accept unless the contents are examined in the presence of the delivering agent. If you have any enquiry, please contact us through cs@cosbeauticloft.com.

 

We will resend the order according to the original delivery method. We will be responsible for the delivery fee.

 

In case the returned item is out of stock, we will refund the value of product in the same method of payment originally used for purchase.

 

Returns Procedure

In case you are not satisfied with the products, you can return your order with simply follow the instructions as the below:

  1. Click “Contact Us” on our site and complete the required information.
  2. Mark “Returns and Exchange” in subject and provide us with your order number.
  3. Fill in the product information, reasons of returns, returns method, photo evidence of the returned product, and your contact information in the space provided.
  4. Until received our acknowledgement email, pack the returned product with the email and invoice securely in a box.
  5. Send the returned product to: Rm 82, 10/F, Lee King Industrial Building, 12 Ng Fong Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
  6. Inform our customer service representative for the delivery tracking number of the returned product by email at cs@cosbeauticloft.com
  7. Only if there are any mistake from COSBEAUTIC on processing your order, otherwise, you are required to pay the return shipping fee. COSBEAUTIC does not accept COD returns. Please keep the returns delivery receipt as evidence, in case of any problems in the delivery process.
  8. Usually the lead time of returns delivery is about 2-3 working days. Once we have received your returned product in acceptable condition, we will send you a confirmation email upon processing the returns, exchange or refund arrangement.

 

Refund Policy

We have to examine your returned product before processing the returns, exchange or refund arrangement. If your returned product cannot fulfill the requirements of “Returns Conditions”, it will not be eligible for any returns, exchange or refund. COSBEAUTIC will not be responsible for returning the product.

 

Please note that we do not refund the original shipping and handling fees with the return. The refund amount will be the same as the amount you paid in the transaction. If you order contains free gifts or the purchase with purchase items, you should return them as well, otherwise, your returns will not be accepted. Or otherwise, original price of the free gifts or purchase with purchased items will be deducted from the refund.

 

Ways of Refund and Lead Time

Refund will be issued to the same account holder and in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Credit card refund usually takes 3-5 working days. The lead time may vary in different banks. Please apply the refund application within 14 days after receipt. We do not accept any late application.

Undeliverable Orders

Occasionally, some orders are returned to us because of incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refuse to receive the order or refuse to provide ID copy.

 

For the undeliverable orders, we will handle the cases as refund. After received the products from the delivery company, we will issue a refund but with deducting the original shipping fee, administration fee, and 15% of the value of products as re-stock handling fee. (If the undeliverable order is delivered within Hong Kong, we will issue a refund with deducting the original shipping fee, administration fee, and HK$25.) The refund balance will be issued according to “Return Policy” and “Ways of Refund and Lead Time”.

 

We can resend the undeliverable orders. However, consumers will need to pay the resend shipping fee.

 

The cost of resend shipping fee is based on the original shipping method used for your purchase and the shipping location.
